Our focus is self-care in a holistic way, main strength is what’s proven to work. This is for those who are either open or thinking of moving forward with their purpose in life.

This platform is for fellowship, spiritual and personal growth. Fostering healthier relationships based on mutual respect and commitment among people who have a lot to give. Vessels that are ready to receive and learn from different perspectives and still able to maintain their individual identity.

We will be having planned discussions to not lose the focus of our objective purposes. Although the Founder and facilitator is Annah Yasin, and Assistant Sithini Phillips, this is a growing platform. Many other gifted speakers could come along to share their knowledge and wisdom based on given topics for discussion. Let’s learn in our relaxed environment and grow together.

We’ll build each other, laugh, cry, and celebrate together as we grow. This may be a time for us to heal and move forward in our respective endeavours in life. Let’s be there in any capacity possible. We will be there to listen, to share, check in somebody or to lend a hand, and be intentionally committed to complete the least task each month.

Actions can be taken as a group or individual with mutual consent. Actions:

Assisting with cleaning
Gardening etc.
Other chores such as lifting things, dropping off, organization.

These are a few suggestions but there are endless possibilities of what we could do for one another, if we are willing and able. Most of all let’s be there to encourage each other to do well. We rise when we lift each other.
