Advanced Reservation is highly recommend. At least one week to ensure that availability of Policy treatment/service.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24hour notice to cancel any scheduled appointment. This is to be considerate of others who could benefit from services or treatment.
Treatment Arrival time
Please do arrive at least 10minutes early that way you complete any paper work prior service without cutting into the actual treatment time.
If or When its your first visit we do have Client Consultation form to be completed.
Payment Types Only accept cash and debt cards only
BG Support Care Services Etiquette
Our environment at BG Support Care Service is one relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all other guests right to privacy and serenity. Please turn
off or put on silence, during your visit with us. Kindly keep voices low to a whisper. Guest under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult.
Health Conditions
Please let know of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your treatment and services with us during reservations.
BG Support Care Services is not responsible for any information not provided to us at the time of services.
Cleanliness
Our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene and our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every treatment and service.
Loss or Damage
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.
Returns and Returns
All sales are final. We do not refund or offer exchanges or transfers on packages or gift certificates.
Gift Certificates
BG Support Care Services gift certificate are non-refundable and good for therapeutic services only.
Our gift certificates are valid for one year. These certificates may not be used to purchase or exchanged for cash. Third party gift certificates are not eligible to
receive specials and highlighted offers. In order to protect gift card identity, please have ID available when redeeming. BG Support Care Services is
not responsible for loss or damage of the gift certificates.
Regular Client Discounts
These are given to a regular client . They can not be transferable to another. Client pays half of the services after three of the same service.
Prices
Prices for services and products are subject to change on our website and menus without advance notice.
Right of Refusal
BG Support Care Services reserves the right to refuse services to any client for any reason inappropriate conduct deemed by us on our environment or language during a
services will result in immediate termination of services

with us. We do not disclose any information that's identifiable without your consent. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise allow the unauthorized outside outside use of
